We make visiting easy and give families plenty of ways to stay involved.
When you visit WindChime, you're family, not a guest. Comfortable lounges and garden patios give you relaxed places to spend time together, and the event calendar is full of ways to join in, from garden days to holiday parties. We also look after the people doing the caring, with support groups and workshops that help families navigate memory loss together.
We know visiting can feel daunting at first, so we do what we can to make it easy and warm. From your first visit onward, our team is happy to answer questions, share how your loved one is settling in, and help you make the most of your time together.
Beyond scheduled events, families are welcome to plan a visit around a shared meal, a walk in the courtyard, or a quiet afternoon together. Our team is also happy to coach visiting family members on communication techniques that make each visit feel easier and more connected.
