As a memory care community dedicated to serving individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, we’ve continued to build personalized care plans that honor each resident’s story, preferences, and daily needs. Our expert team remained on-site 24/7, providing a secure, nurturing environment and support with daily living tasks such as grooming, medication management, and mobility assistance.
This year, residents enjoyed moments of joy and engagement through our signature Vibrant Life® programming, specially crafted activities that embrace cognitive stimulation, social interaction, and personal interests.
