I'm Janice and happy to be a team member at Windchime of Marin. I have a deep commitment to improving the quality of life for older adults through compassion and understanding their unique needs. I have worked in various capacities of health care including caregiver, CNA, medical assistant, ltc/skilled nurse and for the last several years assisted living and memory care director.

In addition to my clinical experience I have valuable operational knowledge including staff and policy development and interdisciplinary collaboration. Again, elder care is my passion and I am thrilled with the opportunity to enrich the lives of those I come in contact with.
