Previous Executive Director

Lauren Cottman left WindChime of Marin in January and is now the Executive Director at our sister property Windsong of Sonoma - Lauren help build WindChime into what is today with more than 16 years of expertise in the senior living industry supporting communities throughout the Bay Area and Sonoma County.

As Executive Director of WindChime of Marin, she focused on collaboration, growth, and creating a space where everyone feels valued and motivated to contribute to enhancing quality of care for our residents and families.
