Community showed exemplary response throughout the pandemic including following all P&P’s, maintaining effective communication, coordinating isolation and proper PPE usage, managing staffing challenges, and keeping a positive attitude.
Integral Senior Living, our parent company, recently hosted an awards ceremony designed to recognize communities for excellent leadership and service in 2020. From those that received the best online reviews to those with the highest levels of resident and family satisfaction, these awards recognized the best and brightest in the ISL family.
That is why we are proud to announce that we have been recognized for having the best COVID-19 response across all ISL communities nationwide. It is our mission to provide exciting, fun lifestyles for our residents, and always in a safe environment. We’re honored to fulfill this goal every day, and to be the best in the business for it! From our thoughtful response throughout the pandemic to the day-to-day management of safety protocols, we mitigated the worst effects of isolation with the resilience of a positive attitude. We love our residents and are proud to also announce that we have partnered with local pharmacies to supply and administer the vaccine for our residents and associates.
